How do I place my order?

To place an order:

Finish adding items to your cart

You can choose to process via our website checkout or via PayPal.

If you want to continue through our website, click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.

If you want to proceed via PayPal, click the PayPal button

You will be transferred to our customer information page. You will be asked to enter:

Email address

If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button to have your discount calculated and applied to your order.

Continue by clicking the "Proceed to Delivery Method" button. Make sure you have entered the shipping address correctly (if it is different from your billing address.) Once everything is done, click "Proceed to payment method"

You must enter your payment details. You will have the option to specify that the shipping and billing information are the same, if applicable.

Once you've filled out the form, click the "Finish Order" button. You will be taken to a screen that provides an order summary along with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second email confirmation.

What happens if there are missing items or incorrect products when I receive my order?

For missing or wrongly delivered goods, please contact us at

service@fancreen.store. Enter your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with a proof (image file size should be less than 1MB). We will be more than happy to resend the correct item to you at no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent back to you! You can keep it as a gift from us.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation with order number and information about your purchase.

I would like to change my ordered items. What should I do?

Changes to your order are permitted no later than 23:00 (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day from when the order was placed. You can contact us via

How do I add items to my cart?

How to add items to your shopping cart:

Navigate to the page for the item you are interested in and then select your preferences for the item. When you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be taken to your "Cart Page".

Enter the quantity of the item you wish to order using the "Quantity:" field next to the image of the item. After you enter a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.

How do I see what is in my shopping cart?

To view the contents of your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the web page. When you click this icon, you can easily change the number of quantities you wish to purchase of an item in your cart by updating the listed quantity. You can also remove all items in your shopping cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.

How do I remove items from my shopping cart?

First, click on the "Trash" icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This allows you to see all the items currently in your shopping cart. Once you've identified the item you want to remove, click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item and the page will refresh to reflect your changes.

How do I change the quantity of a certain item in my shopping cart?

First, click on the "Trash" icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This allows you to see all the items currently in your cart as well as the quantities you have selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move the cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired quantity. Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically update and reflect the correct amount for both the quantity and cost on the right side of the screen.

How do I make payments with PayPal?

PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. Once you have added items to your cart and are ready to complete your transaction, click the "PayPal" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct information for fast and hassle-free payment processing.

How do I use a discount code?

To use a promo code, follow these steps:

Select the item you want to order and then click the green "Checkout" button.

You comer then to be moved to our customer information page on the next page, fill in the corresponding information needed

You will see a "Discount" box at the top right of the page

You must enter the discount code and then click apply. You must verify if the discount has been applied and is valid by viewing it applied in the breakdown below.
